AI Architect for Comdesk – a web app for building,
testing and monitoring AI support agents.

We reimagined customer support with the all-new AI Architect feature — a digital solution that automates customer interactions through intelligent virtual AI agents. It helps teams work more efficiently and saves time — for both businesses and their customers.
From the first idea to final implementation, we guided the project through strategy, planning, and design — building a web app that makes it easy to set up, test, and monitor AI agents.
The result is a flexible, scalable platform that transforms complex tasks into seamless experiences — and sets a new standard for modern customer support.
We started from the ground up: concept work and workshops with the Comdesk team, then user research into real needs — and only after that the structure of the application and its interface.
Five problems, five solutions

Getting started without technical knowledge
Building an AI agent for phone support sounds like a job for developers. The setup assistant removes that barrier: a welcome dialog promises an individual agent in a few steps and leads support teams through the basic settings.

Templates instead of a blank page
The hardest moment is the empty screen at the beginning. Five steps — project, agent, template, AI model, instruction — give the setup a clear order, and templates such as FAQ, callback or concierge agent provide a starting point.

One overview for all agents and versions
With several agents and many versions, it quickly becomes unclear which one is actually answering calls. The overview lists every agent with its versions, the linked phone number and the last change — the live version is marked.

Test first, then follow every conversation
Nobody wants an untested agent talking to real customers. A test chat lets teams try out each agent beforehand; afterwards every conversation is documented with satisfaction, duration, a summary and the full transcript.

Configuration that stays manageable
How an agent speaks depends on many settings, and long settings pages put people off. The essentials — name, company, base instruction and greeting — sit on one page; telephony, integrations and statistics each have their own tab.
